S + (LAST) + V2/ED + ..........when../... ago		S  + Have/ has NOT + V3/ed  since / for ….
THE LAST TIME + S + V2/ED ...was in/at ../ was..ago		S  + Have/ has NOT + V3/ed  since / for….
S+ BEGAN / STARTED + V-ing/ to V ......when.../ ago		S  + Have/ has  + V3/ed  since / for….
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME + S + have/ has + V3		S  + Have/ has NOT / NEVER + V3/ed  …BEFORE
S + have/ has NOT/ NEVER + V3  before		THIS IS THE FIRST TIME + S + have/ has + V3
S + have/ has (not ) + V3  for/ since ..+ (TIME) ....		IT’S + (TIME) + SINCE + S (last) + V2/ed

Ex: 

1.     We last saw Tom when he moved to Bristol.
